*Step One*
Go to the Frequencies Section and Run through each of them in order. Meditate with each of the Frequencies for at least 3 minutes and Align yourself to a Higher vibrational Resonance.

*Step Two*
Set your intention for your work. 
Click the pyramid closest to your location and tune into
the aqua plasma wave vibration.  
The intelligence within the plasma will follow
your intention and be directed to the source of your focus.

*Step Three*
After running the plasma to your intention go to the light packets section and activate the Photonic energy light packet run this frequency for as long as you are guided to.

Step 1:
First send the water molecule into the affected area, run the water molecule frequency
For as long as is needed. The water molecules penetrate the affected area and encompass
the toxins in that area. The sound frequency transfers it out of the body and instantly transmutes it. As this is running Visualize the change on a cellular level that needs to take place see the living tissue revitalized and totally healed.

Step 2:
Run the plasma for as long as you feel is needed.

Step 3:
Run the photonic energy light packet to complete the work and feel when homeostasis is achieved.
